RETURN POLICY
All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase
date and are subject to 30% restocking fee. The returned product
must be unused. No returned product will be accepted unless in
perfect condition. If not paid according to the agreement within 30
days, Rhino Blades ("The Company") retains all
rights permissible by law to submit the account to a collection
agency, for, among other things, collection, legal, and
administrative fees.
All COD orders require a valid credit-card to be on file prior
to the product being shipped. In the event the customer fails to
pay for shipped product, the credit-card will be charged all
shipping fees incurred by Rhino Blades
PLUS a $25.00 service fee.
All defective product will be checked to ensure that it is in
fact defective and not damaged as a result of inappropriate
operation by the user. Credit will be issued for all items found to
be defective. Misused or worn-down items will not receive credit.
Special order items cannot be returned.
WARRANTY
Rhino Blades warrants all items against defects
in workmanship or materials. Our responsibility is limited to the
replacement or the repair of defective items at one of our
facilities. Rhino Blades shall not be liable,
under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages
rising out of the failure of any product to operate properly. Our
warranty does not cover normal wear & tear or damages resulting
from misuse by the operator.
